Return Policy
When ordering from CampersGlory.com, we want you to have total confidence in our customer service. If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it, less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days of sale and a refund will be credited back to your credit card or PayPal account minus any shipping, handling, or freight charges.
Note: Goods damaged in transit may not be returned. A claim must be filed with the package carrier (See FAQ). Defective goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and returns must be handled in accordance with their instructions (See FAQ).
Backorder Policy
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.
Shipping Policies
We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped by one of our preferred shippers (UPS, FedEx, RPS, or USPS) and actual delivery time will vary according to your shipping zone. In most cases, deliveries are made within 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed. Any item that is "out of stock" will be back-ordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.
Sometimes, there are circumstances beyond our control which will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, special orders, and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to color, style, size, or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if your item is back-ordered, discontinued, or no longer available.

Damaged Goods Policy
Items are warranted as expressed by the manufacturers. No other warranty, either expressed or implied, is offered by CampersGlory.com or AT&R Marketing Group. Neither CampersGlory.com nor AT&R Marketing Group is responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Please read the Manufactures Warranty for details on the return and replacement of your item if it is found to be defective.
